Entirely hand-stitched in the tradition of haute maroquinerie, each piece reveals the inherent nobility of the material and bears the discreet imprint of its maker.
総手縫いを基本とする仕立てにより、素材の内在する品位を際立たせ、作り手の痕跡はあくまで抑制されたかたちで刻まれます。それは誇示ではなく、文化としてのクラフツマンシップの表現です。
An adhesive composed of natural funori seaweed and starch powders, prepared according to traditional formulations.
Owing to its gentle, natural composition, it cannot be preserved for long; even when frozen, its lifespan is brief. It is therefore prepared in small quantities, dissolved and blended repeatedly throughout the day, using only what is required at that moment.

Even our adhesives—such as himenori and funori—are prepared according to time-honored methods, simmering natural seaweed (funori) and blending it with starch, in keeping with ancestral craft traditions.

Using traditional European pricking irons, the needle apertures remain exceptionally fine and narrow, allowing the linen thread to settle tightly within the leather. The result is a stitch line that appears precise, restrained, and architecturally composed—contributing profoundly to the overall elegance of the finished piece.

Rooted in a devotion to noble natural materials, we employ leather lacing and fine linen thread selected by esteemed French maisons, shaping each creation through meticulous hand-stitching.
Used independently in accordance with their purpose, each material imparts its own tension and refined structural character.

With wear, warmth, and the quiet expansion of fibers, the seam settles, strengthens, and matures over time.
